The board has approved the 2024 budgets including a Cost Of Living increase of 5.4%. This means that quarterly dues will increase from $251.46 to $265.04. Water service charge will increase from $56.54 to $59.59. Therefore, a lot with water service will now be billed $324.63 each quarter, up from $308.00. For those of you who have automatic payments set up with your bank PLEASE make these changes now before the first payment of 2024 is made.
