Hospitality Chair is Sharon Ayers
This committee formed in 2006. Its purpose is to welcome new Association members to our community. During the welcoming process we also provide them with basic information about the community, its processes, and encourage
them to become actively involved.
In 2018 a new responsibility was added. In the unfortunate instances when a community member passes away, or there is a serious illness in a family this committee will send flowers and a card.

Sharon discussed major enhancements she has made to the process including a comprehensive Welcome letter with key information and a checklist to insure all information is distributed and gathered.

Activities in 2012 included:
- Continue to WELCOME new Association members.
- Enhanced WELCOME package with new letter and updated materials.
- Continue to WELCOME new Association members.
- Create a formal packet of information to aid in the welcoming discussion.
- Mark and Triona Anderson move into the Jones property on 239th. Tom went to the Anderson home shortly
after they moved in to welcome them. They had a good discussion about the community and both of the
Andersons expressed a willingness to get involved in community affairs.
