At the annual meeting the vote to double our quarterly assessment (dues) was overwhelmingly approved. As a result the amount due for each lot will now be $230.70 per quarter. The 2nd quarter statement to be sent out on May 15th will reflect this change. There will be NO increase of the water service fee.
We are now making plans on how and when to apply the three special assessments in 2023, 2025, and 2027 which were also approved. As we get more information on how it will be done, we will let you know. At this time, we do not anticipate a community wide implementation in 2022. Some members may wish to pay the first assessment ahead of time. They will be dealt with on a special basis as the financial software is adjusted.
