Meeting Minutes

A. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as discussed.

B. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Treasurer: Rod Case

The board reviewed the status of five passed due accts. Four have made positive contact and are working to establish payment plans or to pay in full, one we agreed to wait two more weeks and then move to the next established action.

All committee expenses have been submitted with relatively little activity since the last fiscal update.

Roads: Terry Deschenes

Continued patching of hill road is area of focus. Consultant who was a past Four Lakes resident has looked at the problem area. He has now provided a bid to cut out problem spots, improve with French drains, pave and re-seal the areas of repair. Then work will progress to 164th where roadbed needs shoulder grading and do basic patch work needed.

Lakes: Bob Liebling

Beavers are behaving themselves. Pipes are working.

Bob reported a sighting of a Nutria in the community.

Water: Evan Lurton

Vault work is complete for this season.

Work planned at well site is to change oil in generator.

Propane take is half full and that is expected to last this season.

Entertainment:

Sara Summercorn and Jennifer Shuck indicated that they were interested in co-chairing. Discuss with Mulqueene the prospect of handing off this to these folks. Mark to reach out to see if they are interested.

No new communications planned

D. New Business
Concern raised to the board that the potential of the residence becoming a business impacting creating visible and auditory nuisance to other residence. CC&Rs do include reference to nuisance clause, but board suggests a neighborly approach informing of the impact in attempt to amicably resolve, then report back.
